take my hand and climb with me…

two hundred and forty nine degrees: ‘wondering where you go…’

The Not Knowing ~ Tindersticks

two hundred and forty nine

autumn mountains

snow capped

white streaked blue

everything feels

( faraway )

half packed

in flux

and echoing

( emptiness )

I struggle

to locate

Max

plead with the falling

night

build a blazing

furnace

fuel for the season’s

first – and last

fire

( h e r e )

hoping smoke

signals

bridge the distance to

find my kindred

and bring

him

safely home

by sheep herd

sentinel

or

milkyway

Over the hills on a seagull’s wing…

Did Max make it back, B?

  2. Awww, you sound frantic and look at how many sheep are together there to give you a massive woolly hug! xxx

Thank you so much lovely lady! A big hug goodbye… looking forward to introducing you to my new home. Happen to have a massive CAT in my drive so have been saved from critical tractor withdrawal. Will drop you a mail tomorrow sometime, there’s a position that might interest you on a wine farm xx
