Stealing Tomorrow ~ Great Lake Swimmers

one hundred and ninety six

Sick, silver. Lining. In bed, with. German, measles. But instead, of despondency. Or despair. I embrace, the hidden. Gift. An opportunity, to shut. Down, offline. Retreat, within. Stopping, to listen. My blooddrum, beating. Its secret. And I wonder, if. We allowed, ourselves. More time, to relax. Whether, we might. All be ill, a lot. Less.

I relayed my temperature…

Been feeling lyrical the last few days, and well the blues, the honey, and forest green, be like music from a different place….

Come here tomorrow, come hear the green lands sing, Come hither tomorrow, come hear the birds their wings, Setting out from the open door, To where the morning light’s its lofty space, Movement to the breeze in a gentle roar, Feet swift slow in a dance of hallow grace, Come here tomorrow, come hear the silent water’s fall, Come hither tomorrow, come hear the far mountains call, Now I feel lost in this wondrous place, The emerald tints, an atmosphere of sweet honey sounds, For a traveler’s pause in a moment’s taste, Dreams in worlds where country abounds, Come here tomorrow, come hear the green lands sing, Come hither tomorrow, come hear the birds their wings, Come here tomorrow, come hear the silent water’s fall, Come hither tomorrow, come hear the far mountains call…..
