take my hand and climb with me…

one hundred and two degrees: ‘bless the rains…’

Africa ~ Toto

one hundred and two

Clouds swirl, like swallows. Take to wing, and fly. Building strange, castles. Colours bleed, to diesel. Rainbowed, black. And the skies, cry. Their litany, of love. To the parched earth, below. An affair, of elements. So small, am I. Grateful, to witness. Such magic, displayed. I dance, through silver drops. Precipitated, due. I know, in my heart. Mud red, as the soil: I’m home.

Sure as Kilimanjaro rises like a leopardess above the Serengeti…
