After The Storm ~ Mumford and Sons

A wild something’s brewing in the late afternoon clouds. The flock howl as one by one they fall beneath slicing shears, emerging white and sheepish beneath funeral skies.  I walk into the wind, angle my lens and find a perfect blue egg on the field floor before me, whilst a clutch of purring cats rest snuggled together in bed. My new life: a weird quest path through tangled undergrowth with unexpected little magics, like bread crumbs, marking a way…

    I can envision lying under this tree for hours at a time; watching the sky changing at its own pace and feeling nothing but peace. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spaces. And thank you for coming to visit.
